Unpacking High Frequency Collaboration And How to Get Featured with Us
The Hidden Dynamics of Collaboration You Must Pay Attention To
At the core of the Multidimensional Leaders brand is a commitment to elevating voices that are pioneering new ways of thinking, leading, and creating. Whether through our substack publication, courses, community, retreats, we curate spaces where high-frequency conversations thrive and where those called to lead in new paradigms can find resonance and support.
The Frequency of Collaboration
I’ve been navigating an interesting process of defining what makes a great contributor and collaborator.
When you deliberately create a strong intention for a space—whether it’s a community, a project, or an event—you begin to notice something fascinating.
When a topic or a person’s voice is truly in alignment with the energy of that space, things seem to fall into place effortlessly. The right people show up, the right conversations emerge, and opportunities unfold naturally.
But when the alignment isn’t there, things tend to unravel. Miscommunications arise, commitments fall through, and the energy of the collaboration feels off.
It’s almost as if spirit is requiring a certain energetic standard, ensuring that only the right people remain. It’s a built-in filtration system, one that demands integrity, resonance, and a shared vibrational frequency.
Alignment isn’t just about expertise or topic relevance—it goes much deeper. It’s about the person’s energy, their intentions, their willingness to reciprocate, and the effort they are truly willing to put in.
There have been times when I thought a collaboration was the perfect fit—on paper, everything seemed great. But the energy told a different story.
When I paid attention to the subtleties—how the person showed up, the unspoken dynamics, their level of engagement—it became clear whether this was a collaboration that would thrive or one that would drain the space.
So I would encourage you, as you build and nurture your own platforms, to be intentional about who you collaborate with. Consider not just their skills and expertise but how they align with your vision, your values, and the energy of what you are creating. Ask yourself:
Does this person’s presence elevate the space?
Do they bring a spirit of generosity and true reciprocity?
Are they as invested in the success of the collaboration as I am?
Does their integrity align with my brand and the message I want to share?
When you hold a high standard for the spaces you create, you attract the right people—those who resonate with you and contribute to something far greater than any one person could build alone.

What Makes a Strong Article Submission?
A compelling submission isn’t just about having an interesting idea—it’s about weaving that idea into a story that deeply resonates. Here’s what we look for:
A Clear & Thought-Provoking Topic – Your piece should provide insights that challenge, inspire, or expand perspectives.
A Personal Lens – The best articles are those infused with your lived experience, lessons learned, or unique take on the subject. The more authentic and multidimensional, the better.
Actionable or Reflective Takeaways – Whether it's a mindset shift, a practical framework, or an invitation for introspection, your piece should leave readers with something they can apply or embody.
If this excites you, we would be honored to have you contribute! Let’s explore how your voice can add to the collective conversation.
Beyond Substack: Exploring the Infinite Possibilities of Collaboration
I view guest posting or podcasting on Substack as just the beginning—an entry point into a much broader spectrum of collaboration. We believe in forging partnerships that extend beyond the expected, opening doors to dynamic energy exchanges that take many forms.
We have recommended ways to collaborate more deeply with us—through collaborative courses, retreats, or featured community partnerships, as outlined on our website. But we also recognize that the most exciting opportunities often emerge outside predefined structures. We don’t want to limit what’s possible!
Collaboration can take shape in countless ways:
Pledging financial support or sponsorship
Sharing recommendations and amplifying one another’s work
Cross-promotions, audience sharing, or social boosts
Swapping expertise through workshops, mentorship, or memberships
Offering services, skill exchanges, or creative contributions
Inviting each other to speak at events, summits, or masterminds
The beauty of true collaboration is that it’s fluid, adaptable, and expansive. We can co-create in ways that align with our unique strengths, passions, and communities.
This resonates deeply - especially that insight about how misaligned collaborations reveal themselves through subtle cues and unspoken dynamics. It's like having an internal compass that picks up on energetic discord before the logical mind can explain why. I've learned to trust those quiet signals that say 'something's off here' even when everything looks perfect on paper. They've never steered me wrong. ✨
